We hope this message finds you well. Our team is dedicated to capturing your special day and creating lasting memories. As we value our health and well-being, we kindly request that you take a moment to review our wishes and rider.

Wishes

We want your getting ready photo shoot to be smooth and productive, and we're here to help make that happen. Here are a few things that you can do before the photo/video team arrives:

  • Gather all of the little details that you'd like to have photographed, such as invitations, rings, jewelry, shoes, perfume, gifts, love letters, family heirlooms, and any other meaningful items. Store them in the same place and let someone in your bridal party or family know where they are. This will help us avoid interrupting your makeup and hair styling.

  • Please ensure that everyone who will be with you in the room has completed their makeup and hair styling before you or together with you. Otherwise, they may refuse to be photographed, and in the morning we won't be able to take beautiful photos of your friends and family.

  • Ask your florist to set aside a few loose flowers or pieces of greenery that can be used for flatlay shots.

  • Keep the room clean and tidy, and hide any unnecessary items in the closet or a different room. This will help create a clutter-free environment for your photos.

  • If possible, add some decorative touches to the room, such as flowers or candles, to create a romantic atmosphere.

  • Take your dress out of its packaging, steam it, and set aside your veil if you have one. You can do most of the steaming the night before to save time in the morning.

  • If your bridesmaids are wearing robes, make sure they are steamed as well.

  • Finally, keep in mind that we'll need about 30 minutes for photos once you're fully ready. Try to stay on schedule so we can capture all of the special moments of your day.

During the day

  • We utilize a considerable amount of equipment, and when creating the timeline, please take into consideration that it takes us 20-30 minutes to unload our equipment and 20-30 minutes to load it back into the car when changing locations.

  • We kindly ask for 30 minutes of uninterrupted time before the ceremony and reception start, so that we can capture beautiful shots of the decor. During this time, we will need the space to be completely set up and free of any staff or vendors. This will ensure that we can take clean and stunning photos of your special day. OUR RIDER

To ensure we are able to perform at our best, we kindly request the following:

  • Clean drinking water should be made available to us throughout the day.

  • Our team will require one serving of fresh hot food per person every 5-6 hours. A salad and some kind of protein would be greatly appreciated.

  • Access to water and coffee during the event would also be greatly appreciated.
